NAIA 3 Escalator Permanently Closed

The officials of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport terminal 3 should just change the sign at one of the escalator in the domestic wing of NAIA 3 to permanently closed instead of temporary closed. I first noticed this signage in October 2010 on my return flight from Boracay via Cebu pacific. Since then, I must have pass thru this broken escalator 5 times. The recent trip is on an Airphil flight from Puerto Princesa.  If its not functioning consistently for more than 9 months, they might as well change the sign to permanently damaged and stop apologizing for inconvenience. If they cannot fix it or prefer not to fix it or is conserving electricity, they should just be upfront and change the sign to "Escalator Permanently Close, don't expect it will be fixed."

Escalor at NAIA 3, arrival area is permanently closed!

Domestic terminal fee cost 200 pesos and International terminal fee cost 750 pesos. Hopefully NAIA admin can look into fixing this particular escalator.
