The Overseas Absentee Voting Law was passed in 2003 that allows Filipinos currently
residing or working outside of the Philippines to vote in an election.
A registered overseas absentee voter may vote for the President, Vice-President, Senators and Party-list representatives.
All Filipino citizens abroad at least 18 years old by the time of elections and those who registered at the Philippine embassy will be entitled to vote.
