2. Place seasoning and flavoring
3. Skewering
on a large stick (in the Philippines, we usually use a bamboo)
4. Cooking
it in a pit filled with charcoal
5. The bamboo is turned in a rotisserie action
6. The
pig is roasted on all sides for several hours
