Pisco is the liquor base and sour refer to the sour citrus juice and sweetener ingredients.

Aside from the famous citadel of Machu Picchu, Cuzco, being the historical capital of Peru, is a destination by itself. Sitting on 3,400-meter elevation, the town used to be the capital of Inca Empire as early as the 13th century.

Comfortable sleeper bus to Cuzco, be prepared to stop at random Peruvian towns or mountain range.

Truly a UNESCO World Heritage site, Cuzco is not just a town to pass by on your way to Machu Picchu, but a place to stay and to discover.

From Lima, Peru, there are buses that can take you to Cuzco on a twisting bus journey for 19 to 24 hours! Alternatively, you can fly to Cuzco and takes about 50 minutes. If your not in a rush and want to see the mountains and desert of Peru, take the long bus ride and fly out of Cuzco to Lima.
