Pulp Cookie Cake
2nd attempt in making a fluffy pulp cake (made of apple, nectarine and orange pulp)
Recently purchased oven being tested. More baking experiments to come.
Debating what to do with the pulp accumulating after making fresh fruit juice.
Decided to collect them from the fruit extractor and use it as one of the main ingredients for baking.
After 25 minutes, it looks like a decent pastry.
