Mt. Gabaldon Tour and Medical Mission

The Asian Medical Students’ Association (AMSA)-Philippines, an organization of medical students in the Philippines, regularly organized medical missions in and out of the city. For the past few months, AMSA have organized regular trips to Mt. Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija to expand AMSA’s regular medical missions to our countrymen who most need it and have been deprived of health care services. Together with AMSA officers and members, and with two (2) German medical exchange students participated in the September trip. AMSA volunteers organized a half day medical mission and community involvement. Volunteers stayed with the community in these 2 days activity. AMSA Volunteer enjoyed a half-day trekking and tour on the way to the medical mission site.

AMSA is organizing Mt. Gabaldon trip and medical mission on a monthly visit and plans to identify other areas of cooperation.
